| Registration for admission is open throughout the year. Please note that registration of a student for seeking admission or for appearance at the Admission Test, does not automatically entitle the student for admission. |
| The name of the applicant will be registered on receipt of the application for admission duly completed. Filled in application can be sent to the school address along with the registration fee. |
| Date of birth, as recorded in the previous school leaving certificates, countersigned by the District Education Officer of the state will be considered final and no application for change in the date of birth will subsequently be entertained. |

Parents and guardians must, therefore, ensure that these entries are made correctly in the admission form. |
| Admission is granted to class I to IX and XI subject to availability of seats. No admission will be granted to class X and XII. |
| Admission to classes I to IX are made on the basis of entrance test in English and Mathematics. The entrance test are conducted in the school as well as at various places such as Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Jalore, Mount Abu, Rajkot, Surat, Ahmedbad, Kolkata, Patna, Birgang and Kathmandu. The Student appearing for admission test is to produce mark sheet as proof of his/her having passed the previous class. |
| The provisional admission is only confirmed when a school leaving certificate from the school last attended countersigned by the District Education Officer is produced. In case certificate is not submitted by July 15, the scholar's name will be struck off from the school rolls. |
| If a student clears the admission test and interview, the parent/guardian is required to deposit the school fees for the first term immediately, failing which the selection would be treated as cancelled. If a candidate fails to report back within seven days after admission his/her seat is declared vacant and the fee deposited is forfeited by the school. |
| Admission to Class XI : |
| Students seeking admission to class XI (Humanities, Commerce and Science streams) should get their names registered and send an attested copy of the marks-sheet of class X Board Examination within a week of the declaration of the result. |
