REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION

The registration of a student seeking admission does not necessarily
entitle the student to confirmation.

The name of the applicant will be registered on receipt of the
application for admission, duly completed. Filled-in application can be
sent to the following address along with the demand draft for Rs. 5000/-
towards registration in favour of Lala Kamlapat Singhania Education
Centre, payable at UCO Bank, Gotan / SBBJ Bank, Gotan / Indus Ind Bank,
Jodhpur or in cash.

Date of birth, as recorded in the previous school leaving certificates,
countersigned by the District Education Officer of the State, will be
considered final, and no application for change in the date of birth
will subsequently be entertained.

Parents and guardians must, therefore, ensure that these entries are
made correctly in the admission form.

Admission is granted to class l to IX and XI, subject to the
availability of seats. No admission will be granted to class X and XII.
Admission is done in the school as well as various places such as
Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Delhi, Jaipur, Bhilwara, Rajsamand, Mount
Abu, Rajkot, Morbi, Surat, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Patna, Muzaffarpur,
Darbhanga, Samastipur, Purnai, Sharsa, Kishanganj, Varanasi, Gorakhpur,
Meerut, Ghaziyabad, Nepal, etc.

The Student appearing for admission is to produce a mark sheet as proof
of having passed the previous class. The provisional admission is only
confirmed when a school leaving certificate from the school last
attended, countersigned by the District Education Officer, is produced.
In case the certificate is not submitted by July 15, the scholar’s
name will be struck off from the school rolls. If a student gets
admission, the parent/guardian is required to deposit the school fees
for the first term immediately. Failing which, the selection would be
treated as cancelled. If a candidate fails to report back within seven
days from the date of confirmed admission, His/her seat is declared
vacant and the fee deposited will not be refunded.
ADMISSION TO CLASS XI
Students seeking admission to class XI ( Humanities, Commerce and Science
streams ) should get their names registered and send an attested copy of
the marksheet of class X Board Examination within a week of the
declaration of the result. Admission to class XI is made based on an
admission test conducted in the school in the last week of march, every
year. The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application
for admission without assigning any reason. Application for registration
cum admission should be sent to the Princpal, L K Singhania Education
Centre, Gotan 342902 (Raj.)
WITHDRAWALS
Parents who wish to withdraw their children from the school should give a
notice to the principal in writing at least one month prior to the date of
withdrawal. In case withdrawal is made in the middle of the academic year,
then the due up to the end of the year should be remitted.
