The school has its own bakery which caters to the needs of boarders in terms of their favourite confectionery items. It provides white bread, brown bread, cakes on orders, patties, pastries, biscuits, cream rolls, muffins, doughnuts, etc. Our school bakery, complete with brand new facilities, ensures the best and most hygienic bakery items for the students. The school bakery is managed by one manager and three helpers. It has two bakery rooms with baking ovens, mixers and a specialist machine for the delicate process of cake making and tempering machines to keep the chocolate cake at a perfect temperature and for handling confectionery making. The experienced staff of the bakery deliver fresh, tasty, and hygienic content. The bakery supplies all the bakery items to all three messes. High-quality materials are used in preparing all the items. Special focus is given on the hygienic way while preparing and serving the items. It is a part of the school mess which is accredited with the ISO certificate of 22000-2005.
